Cara Phillips, RID, IIDA, LEED AP, Managing director
Cara is a design professional with over 25 years of progressive design experience throughout the commercial design industry. Problem solving and leading clients through the complex process of a renovation or new construction project are where her customers say she meets their needs most. She has the ability to bring a team of professionals together to create amazing spaces that enhance work and healing spaces. Cara’s strengths are in client engagement, business development, project management, and helping clients with strategic planning from a space perspective.
elizabeth pyle, IIDA, NCIDQ, RId, senior interior designer
Elizabeth has over 20 years of experience in the Interior Design industry in both the Raleigh-Durham, Chapel Hill and San Francisco Bay areas. She is highly skilled in design, construction drawings and project management on a broad range of commercial projects. Elizabeth has a passion for interior design advocacy, specifying local artisans while promoting collaboration with all participants.
Elizabeth was instrumental in helping gain North Carolina Interior Design Registration and she is on the NC Board of Architecture & Registered Interior Designers.
rachel kimble
Rachel graduated from Meredith College with a BS in Interior Design. She enjoys commercial design and is great at finish, furniture, and art selection. Rachel also has a BS in Business Administration from Simmons University.
